I bring all three of my cats here. They are amazing. And they love the animals. They care so much ... they let your animals have the fears that they have with no judgment. Everyone was really friendly! The tech and the vet both took the time to answer my 5 year olds... questions. They were gentle with my animals and did their best to make it a low stress visit. My 16 year old cat didn't even start salivating like she usually does when the vet handles her. Dr. Germroth went over potential side effects for the vaccines and made sure she'd covered all our questions/ concerns before she said goodbye.read more

I’ve only used this office once so far but I’m impressed. I was dealing with a sick cat and like... everyone else, I was having difficulty making an appointment due to everyone being booked up. I usually deal with 7 Bends, another well known vet in Shenandoah county but they simply were not willing to budge on making time to check out my pet in a timely manner. After explaining my pets symptoms to Shenandoah Animal Hospital, the staff stated that they would make time and squeeze me in between two existing appointments due to how serious my cats symptoms were.They were able to get me in, examine and perform blood tests, and prescribe the necessary meds to take care of my sick pet. They now have a customer for life with me and I am extremely appreciative of what they did for my pet and I. They are very friendly and professional, their prices are reasonable and I highly recommend them.read more
